a. Visitors shall be admitted to the cemeteries from 7:00 a.m. to sunset on all days of the week; but children under the age of twelve (12) must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for their conduct.
b. Any domesticated animal accompanying visitors must be leashed and under the control of a person twelve (12) years of age or older. Leashed service animals are permitted to accompany children with disabilities under the age of twelve (12).
