8-6   APPLICATION PRIOR TO INTERMENT REQUIRED.
   An application for interment must be presented to the Cemetery Division Manager, or designee, at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance and overseen by a Kentucky licensed funeral director. A correct measurement of the grave desired shall be furnished to the Cemetery Division Manager, or designee, and if the coffin is enclosed in an outside container, such container shall be furnished at the same time.
