8-4.02   Fee Schedule; Restriction.
   All certificates of burial shall be issued in accordance with the fee schedule recommended by the Cemetery Division Manager and the Director of Parks and Recreation, with approval by the City Manager, and Board of Commissioners. No certificates of burial shall be issued for commercial or promotional purposes or for a profit.
