All cemeteries owned and/or operated by the City shall be under the management of the Department of Parks and Recreation. The cemetery operations are divided into two (2) programs: 1) Administration, which will be managed by the Cemetery Division Manager; and 2) Maintenance, which will be managed by the Cemetery Maintenance Crew Supervisor.
