7-15.02   Fair Employment and Contracting Practices.
   A franchisee shall not discriminate in its employment practices and procedures on the basis of age, race, creed, color, national origin, sex, marital status, disability or religious or political affiliation or belief.
   In addition to the provisions noted above, a franchisee shall comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations as they relate to equal employment and contracting opportunity.
