7-9.06   Failure to make Required Payments or Reports.
   Failure to make the required payment or to file the required reports shall be a material breach of this Ordinance which shall entitle the Authority to terminate the franchise if full payment plus interest and penalties are not paid by the franchisee within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notice.
