All revenues due the Authority from the franchisee under this Ordinance shall be allocated between City and County by franchisee according to each of City's and County's percentage of the total number of franchisee's subscribers. For purposes of this section, the term County is defined as all territory within the presently existing territorial limits of Warren County as of the date of the passage of this ordinance, excluding all the territory within the territorial limits of the City of Bowling Green and of any incorporated city within Warren County as of the date of this ordinance. All payments enumerated herein shall be in addition to any other tax or payment owed to the City, County and Authority by the franchisee.
