7-2.03 Allocation of Funds.

All funds due the Authority by Franchisee shall be paid to and allocated between City and County as provided in this Ordinance. Any additional funds needed by the Authority shall be contributed by City and County in an amount proportionate to the voting control maintained by City and County as provided for herein.
