The Bowling Green-Warren County Cable Franchise Authority (hereinafter "Authority") is hereby created pursuant to an interlocal cooperation agreement executed by the City of Bowling Green Board of Commissioners and the Warren County Fiscal Court in accordance with Kentucky Revised Statutes KRS 65.210 - 65.300, otherwise known as The Interlocal Cooperation Act.
The Authority is created under the aforementioned Interlocal Cooperation Act to permit the City and County governments to cooperate with one another to provide services and facilities in a manner that will accord best with geographic, economic, population and other factors influencing the needs and development of local communities.
