The annual fee for a general contractors license shall be two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) and for a specialty contractor’s license one hundred dollars ($100.00). The fees of the Contractors Licensing Board shall be deposited in banks to be used by the Board in the manner prescribed by law, similar to the accounts of other examining and licensing boards of this state and shall be audited under the rules and regulations prescribed by law.
