6-11.04   Penalties.
   Any person who violates any provision of this Subchapter shall be fined not less that ten ($10.00) dollars nor more than five hundred ($500.00) dollars or imprisoned for not more than twelve (12) months or both. Each day any violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
