6-10.02   Penalty.
   Any person failing to conform to this Subchapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in a sum not less than five ($5.00) dollars nor more than ten ($10.00) dollars for each day such walkway or barricade for the protection of pedestrians is not erected.
