5-1.10   Removal of Animal Waste.
   It shall be a violation of this Subchapter for any owner, keeper or harborer of any animal to fail to remove any excreta deposited by the animal within the City on public walks, streets, cemeteries, parks, recreation areas or private property belonging to another.
