3-2.01   Contract Required.*
   No business or commercial activity shall be conducted at the Bowling Green-Warren County Regional Airport except by written agreement with, or pursuant to a license by the Bowling Green-Warren County Regional Airport Board. Agreement and/or license requirements include, without limitation, insurance naming the Airport as additional insured, and compliance with rules and regulations promulgated by the Airport.
