2-23.03   Officers.
   The Convention Center Committee shall annually select by majority vote from among its members, a Chairperson and a Vice-Chairperson. The Chairperson shall preside at the meetings. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson shall preside at the meetings.
