There is hereby created pursuant to KRS 65.8801 to KRS 65.8840 a Code Enforcement and Nuisance Board (hereinafter Code Enforcement Board) which shall be composed of five (5) members. Code Enforcement Officers and the Code Enforcement Board shall have jurisdiction over and shall enforce the property maintenance and nuisance codes and all other ordinances hereafter adopted which specifically provide for enforcement by Citation Officers, Code Enforcement Officers or the Code Enforcement Board in the manner set forth herein. All members of the Code Enforcement Board shall be residents of the City for a period of at least one (1) year prior to the date of the member’s appointment and shall reside in the City throughout the term in office.
