The officers of the Board of Trustees shall consist of a president, vice-president and secretary, who shall be from the Office of City Clerk. The Office of City Clerk shall keep all retirement and financial statements and records of the Board. The Chief Financial Officer shall be an Ex Officio of the Board and custodian of the fund, unless the Board votes to contract these services. The City Attorney shall serve as legal advisor to the Board.
