2-16.02   Membership.
   The membership of the Hobson House Commission shall be as follows:
   a.   Regular members - six (6) regular members which shall be appointed by the Mayor, with all appointments being subject to confirmation by the Board of Commissioners.
   b.   President of Hobson House Association for the term of office.
   c.   In addition to the above members, the Mayor, with confirmation by the Board of Commissioners, may appoint honorary members to the Hobson House Commission. Such honorary members shall be non-voting members of the Commission.
