The Audit Committee shall select by majority vote from among its members, a Chairperson and a Vice-Chairperson. However, the member from the Board of Commissioners is not eligible to be an officer of the Committee. Each officer shall maintain his designation for a term of one (1) year and may be re-appointed for one (1) additional consecutive year. The Chairperson shall preside at the meetings. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson shall preside at the meetings.
