2-14.07   Cemetery Administration Division.
   The Cemetery Administration shall be responsible for the administrative operations of the City cemeteries and shall enforce all City ordinances and State laws relating to cemeteries and burial. This Division shall also be in charge of the care, improvements and maintenance of the City owned and/or operated cemeteries.
