2-8.02   Human Resources Management Division.
   The Human Resources Management Division is responsible for the following municipal government services:
   a.   employee recruitment, testing and selection, including public safety promotional testing;
   b.   compensation, classification and performance evaluation program management;
   c.   revision and interpretation of personnel policies and rules; and,
   d.   coordinating general supervisor training and employee development.
