2-3.04   Appointment; Term of Office; Compensation.
   The City Manager shall be appointed and hold office pursuant to the provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes. The compensation for the City Manager shall be established by the Board of Commissioners pursuant to the City Manager’s employment agreement. In addition to other compensation increases that may be granted by the Board of Commissioners, the annual compensation for the City Manager shall be increased by the amount of the cost of living increase granted by the City in the current budget for classified employees.
