2-2.05   Election of Mayor Pro Tem; Powers, Duties.*
   The Board of Commissioners shall, at the beginning of its term of office by a majority vote, elect one Commissioner to act as Mayor Pro Tem. He shall be vested with all the powers and perform all the duties of the Mayor whenever the Mayor is unable to attend to the duties of his office.
