a. The Mayor shall preside at meetings of the Board of Commissioners and perform such other duties consistent with his office as may be imposed by the Board. He shall perform such other duties as prescribed by ordinance and laws of the State.
b. Whenever the Mayor recommends the appointment and/or reappointment of an individual to serve on the boards, commissions and agencies of the City, he shall have attached to the municipal order approving the appointment and/or reappointment a brief biographical sketch of the individual, including the individual’s name, home address, and qualifications for the appointive position for which he is recommended.
