§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 92.01, 92.15, 92.16, and 92.30 through 92.34 shall be deemed guilty of a Class A misdemeanor and that further, any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 92.01, 92.15, 92.16, and 92.30 through 92.34 shall, upon judgment, be responsible for said violation in a sum not to exceed $1,000, and it is further provided that each day such violation or non-compliance shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate violation.

   (C)   Any person violating the terms of this § 92.02 may be fined in any sum not exceeding $100 for any single violation hereof, and further shall be subject to any other appropriate civil or administrative action to enforce the provisions hereof.
