§ 92.34 FIREWORKS WITHIN TOWN LIMITS.
   Use of consumer fireworks within the limits of th town shall be expressly prohibited, except at the following times:
   (A)   As permitted by I.C. 22-11-14-10.5; and
   (B)   Each Friday and Saturday between the hours of 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm, other than a Friday or Saturday that falls on a date set out in I.C. 22-11-14-10.5.
