§ 153.048 ESSENTIAL SERVICES.
   Essential services shall be permitted as authorized and regulated by law and other ordinances of the village subject to review by the Board.

§ 153.049 UNSAFE BUILDINGS.
   Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the strengthening or restoring to a safe condition of any part of any building or structure declared unsafe by proper authority (building permit is required).

§ 153.050 PENDING APPLICATIONS FOR BUILDING PERMITS.
   Nothing herein contained shall require any change in the overall layout plans, construction, size or designated use of any development, building, structure or part thereof, for which official approvals and required building permits have been granted before the enactment of this chapter, the construction of which shall have been started prior to the effective date of this chapter.

§ 153.051 PARKING AND OCCUPANCY OF HOUSE TRAILERS AND CAMPERS.
   No person shall occupy any house trailer, mobile home or motor home or camper for more than 72 hours. The storage of a mobile home, house trailer, motor home or camper shall not be permitted in any front yard or the street side yard of a corner lot for more than 72 hours. Camper body attached to a pick-up truck or other similar vehicle shall not be construed as a motor home or mobile home.

§ 153.052 PARKING OF BOATS AND TRAILERS.
   The storage of a boat or trailer shall not be permitted in any front yard or the street side yard of a corner lot or the street front yard of any lot or the street abutting any lot for more than 72 hours.

§ 153.053 PARKING AND STORAGE OF UNLICENSED VEHICLES.
   No person shall park, store, keep or otherwise suffer any motor vehicle that is inoperable or unlicensed or both to be stored or parked in any residential district of the village unless stored or parked at all times in a garage or accessory building that meets the requirements of the district or zone as set forth herein.

NONCONFORMING USES
§ 153.065 ABANDONMENT.
   A nonconforming use existing on the effective date of this chapter may be continued; provided, however that should such use be discontinued for a period of two years or more, then such use shall be deemed abandoned and any further use of such premises or a structure located on such premises shall be in conformity with the use permitted in the district or location.

§ 153.066 RECONSTRUCTION.
   Any building or structure, existing and in use as a nonconforming use on the effective date of this chapter which shall be destroyed by casualty or act of God, may be reconstructed and restored; provided, however, that such is commenced within one year from the date of such destruction.
