§ 123.032 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   Every person desiring a license as a florist shall make application in writing to the City Clerk. The application shall set forth the name of the person desiring the license, the name under which the business will be conducted, the location of the business, and a statement that the applicant will abide by the provisions of this. subchapter and all other applicable city and state laws.

§ 123.033 MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS.
   Every location, place or establishment where the business of a florist is conducted, managed or carried on shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and free from vermin. No decayed, decaying, unwholesome, contaminated or diseased flowers or plants shall be allowed to remain in or about the establishment. Every location, place or establishment where cut flowers are sold or kept for sale shall be equipped with a refrigerator or ice box of adequate size and capacity for the keeping of cut flowers.

§ 123.045 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall conduct or carry on in the city the business of funeral director or undertaker without obtaining a license.

§ 123.046 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   Any person desiring to conduct or carry on the business of funeral director or undertaker shall make application to the City Clerk for a license, setting forth the name of the applicant and the place where the applicant’s business is to be conducted or carried on. Upon the payment of a license fee, the City Clerk shall issue to the applicant a license, attested by the proper city authorities, authorizing the applicant to conduct or carry on the business of funeral director or undertaker at the place specified in the license.

§ 123.047 LICENSE FEE; EXPIRATION.
   (A)   The annual license fee to be paid by the applicant shall be $100, plus $10 for each person employed in the undertaking establishment except the proprietor.
   (B)   All licenses shall expire on the April 30 following the date of issuance. If the license is issued for less than one year, the amount of the license fee shall be reduced pro rata.

§ 123.048 NEW CEMETERIES PROHIBITED.
   No cemetery or place for the burial of the dead shall be established within or adjacent to the city or within one mile of the corporate limits of the city.
