BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA CODE OF ORDINANCES

§ 10.07 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall engage in the business of collection or other collection in the city unless a Bloomington license is secured. The fee shall be as set forth in City Code Appendix A.
