4-2-15: RENEWAL OF LICENSE; LATE FILING FEE:
   A.   Any licensee may apply for the renewal of his license at the expiration thereof; provided, that he is then qualified to receive a license, and the premises for which such renewal license is sought is suitable for such purpose; provided further, that such renewal privilege shall not be construed as a vested right which shall limit or prevent the decreasing of the number of licenses to be issued within the village.
   B.   All applications for renewal and payment of the annual license fee shall be submitted to the village clerk not later than November 30 of each year. Such applications shall be made and processed in the manner provided in sections 4-2-5, 4-2-6, 4-2-7 and 4-2-11 of this chapter, and all requirements of those sections must be met yearly for renewal. The local liquor control commissioner may authorize the use of shorter forms for license renewal for licensees to indicate only any changes in the information submitted for the previous year. For any renewal application submitted after December 15, there shall be a twenty percent (20%) surcharge added to the basic license fee. (Ord. 2003-40, 10-27-2003)
