Each retail liquor dealer's license issued hereunder shall expire on December 31 following the issuance thereof; provided, however, that a class T license shall be valid for the dates and times specified on the license. The normal licensing period shall be from January 1 through December 31 of each year, unless a license is issued or terminated at some other time during the year for individual circumstances.
