   AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF BLOOMINGDALE MUNICIPAL
   CODE, AS AMENDED, TO ADD TITLE 11 (ZONING REGULATIONS), AS AN
   EXERCISE OF THE HOME RULE AUTHORITY OF THE VILLAGE OF
   BLOOMINGDALE, DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS
 
   Section 1: The village code of the village of Bloomingdale, Illinois (the "village code"), as amended, is hereby further amended by adding title 11 (zoning regulations) herein.
 
   Section 2: To the extent that any prior ordinances or portions thereof are in conflict with or inconsistent with title 11 (zoning regulations) of the village code, they are hereby repealed, except that ordinances passed after 2011-35 that are in conflict with title 11 (zoning regulations) of the village code shall remain in full force and effect and take precedence over the village code provisions established by this ordinance.
 
   Section 3: All ordinances of a general nature included in title 11 (zoning regulations) of the village code shall be considered as a continuation of said ordinance provision and the fact that some provisions have been deliberately eliminated by the village board shall not serve to cause any interruption in the continuous effectiveness of ordinances included in the village code.
