4-2-14: CHANGE OF LOCATION OR OWNERSHIP:
   A.   Location Change: A license issued hereunder shall permit the sale of alcoholic liquor only in the premises described in the application and license. Such location may be changed only when and upon written authorization to make such change shall be issued by the local liquor control commissioner. No change of location shall be permitted unless the proposed new location complies with the provisions and regulations of section 4-2-18 of this chapter and applicable zoning regulations. A request for change of location shall be sent to the village administrator. (Ord. 2003-40, 10-27-2003)
   B.   Ownership Change: Any change of officers, directors, stockholders with more than five percent (5%) interest in the corporation, or manager must be approved pursuant to section 4-2-5 or 4-2-6 of this chapter. The licensee shall file the required documents with the village clerk not later than the effective date of the proposed change, along with a one hundred dollar ($100.00) change review fee. Any such change shall be subject to the final approval of the local liquor control commissioner as provided in this chapter. Any change in ownership of the licensee, which shall herein mean a controlling interest in any legal entity, or if an individual or partnership, a different individual or a change in the partners, shall be treated as an application for a new license.
