8-1-105: SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO GREYSTONE PARK:
Recreational uses of Greystone Park shall be limited principally to the enjoyment and appreciation of the cultural and aesthetic values of its grounds, gardens, structures, and view and to such other programs and events which will enhance community enjoyment and appreciation of the cultural arts. To achieve this objective, in addition to the restrictions imposed by section 8-1-104 of this chapter, the following additional conduct and activities shall be prohibited in Greystone Park, unless such activity is authorized by special permit issued pursuant to rules and regulations issued by the director of recreation and parks under section 8-1-107 of this chapter:
   A.   Picnicking or food consumption;
   B.   Engaging or participating in organized physical games, including, but not limited to, baseball, football, or similar activity, or the throwing of balls or other objects;
   C.   Using any noise producing hobby or sports equipment or devices;
   D.   Using any type of public address system, loudspeaker, or any electrically powered musical instrument;
   E.   Dogs shall be prohibited, except authorized guide dogs while assisting the visually impaired. (1962 Code § 2-7.01.1; amd. Ord. 17-O-2722, eff. 2-10-2017)
