A. An application shall remain active for a three (3) month period following the mailing of the survey by the department of transportation pursuant to subsection 7-3-506A of this article. In the event that the required number of approvals are not received in accordance with section 7-3-506 of this article in such three (3) month period, the application shall expire and have no further force or effect under this article.
B. An eligible applicant can reapply for installation of one or more speed humps on a block one year from the date that the original application expired. (Ord. 93-O-2163, eff. 2-26-1993)
