6-1-140: FINES:
The penalty for violation of this chapter regulating the standing or parking of vehicles which are charged upon a notice of fine shall be as follows:
   A.   Violations of sections 6-1-121 and 6-1-133 of this chapter: The sum of five dollars ($5.00).
   B.   Violations of section 6-1-138 of this chapter: The sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
   C.   All other violations of this chapter regulating the standing or parking of vehicles: The sum of five dollars ($5.00) unless otherwise stated in this chapter. (2008 Code § 17-140)
