A. Except where angle parking is permitted and except on one- way streets, every vehicle stopped or parked upon the roadway where there is an adjacent curb shall be so stopped or parked with the right hand wheels of such vehicle parallel with and within eighteen inches (18") of the right hand curb.
B. On one-way streets, every vehicle stopped or parked on the left hand side of the roadway where there is an adjacent curb shall be so stopped or parked with the left hand wheels of such vehicle parallel with and within eighteen inches (18") of the left hand curb. (2008 Code § 17-121)
