§ 71.119 REMOVAL OF DEBRIS FROM STREETS.
   (A)   Any person that causes or permits any material of any kind to be placed upon any of the city streets or sidewalks, except as provided by law, shall forthwith immediately remove same from the street or sidewalk, or shall pay the expense of causing same to be removed.
   (B)   Any person removing a wrecked or damaged vehicle from a city street, road or highway shall, at the time of removing the vehicle, also remove any glass, debris or other injurious substance left upon the highway from the wrecked or damaged vehicle.
   (C)   Failure to comply with this section shall constitute an offense.
