§ 71.116 DERELICT VEHICLES.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      DERELICT VEHICLE.
         (a)   A vehicle which is in a state of dilapidation, dismantled, wrecked, junked or is non-operative;
         (b)   A vehicle upon which a current license plate is not displayed;
         (c)   A vehicle from which tires or wheels have been removed or deflated; and
         (d)   A vehicle which has obviously been abandoned and left on any street.
   (B)   No person shall park, or cause to be parked, any derelict vehicle upon any street or municipally-owned property.
   (C)   Nothing herein contained shall forbid the temporary leaving of a wrecked vehicle on public streets of the city while the Police Department is investigating the accident and until the same can be removed therefrom.
