§ 71.050 BACKING VEHICLE; LIMITATIONS.
   (A)   (1)   The driver of a vehicle shall not back the vehicle unless the movement can be made with reasonable safety and without interfering with any other traffic.
      (2)   No vehicle shall be backed into an intersection.
   (B)   No vehicle shall be backed upon any street or highway, except for the purpose of entering or leaving a parked position and then only after the driver of the vehicle has ascertained that the movement can be made without endangering other traffic.
