§ 71.043 RENTING TO UNLICENSED OPERATORS.
   No person shall rent or offer any self-propelled or motor-driven cycle to any person who does not have in his or her possession a validly issued operator's license or chauffeur's license or who is not authorized under the provisions of the laws of the state to operate the vehicles.
