(A) No person shall operate any motor vehicle on the highways without having in his or her possession, at all times, when operating the motor vehicle, a valid driver's license as required by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, unless the person is specifically exempted from the laws by the provisions thereof. A valid driver's license is one which is not suspended, revoked, canceled, denied by the issuing authority or has expired. No person charged with violating this section shall be convicted if he or she produces in Court the driver’s license issued to him or her and valid at the time of his or her arrest.
(B) No person shall operate a motor vehicle in any manner in violation of any restriction that may be imposed in a restricted license issued to him or her with respect to the type of, or special mechanical control devices required on a motor vehicle or any other restriction applicable as the state may determine.
