(A) Generally. See § 202.99 for general code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.
(B) Issuance of permits; posting; notice to start work. Whoever violates § 1443.02(E) shall be fined $100 for each offense. The removal, destruction or defacement of each building permit posted shall constitute a separate offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(C) Conditions upon issuance of building permits. Whoever violates § 1443.04(B) shall be fined $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(D) Demolition permits. Whoever violates§ 1443.05(A) shall be fined $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(E) Lapsed, expired or revoked permits or certificates of occupancy; stop-work orders. Whoever violates § 1443.07(I) shall be fined $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
