The Chief of Police is authorized to impose the following charges for services provided by the Police Department, as follows:
(A) Service of process or summons pursuant to KRS 95.019: $20.00, or such sum as may be allowed to the Sheriff for the same or similar service.
(B) Paper copies of documents or records provided pursuant to subpoena, discovery in civil or criminal actions, or open record requests: $0.10 per page.
(C) Reproduction of DVDs or CDs: $10.00.
(D) Photographs: $1.00 per page.
(E) Accident reports: $5.00 per report.
