1323.07 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.

Sections 1323.01, 1323.03 to 1323.06 of this chapter shall apply to all swimming pools, whenever constructed. Section 1323.02 of this chapter shall not apply to a swimming pool existing prior to enactment of this chapter. (June 3, 1968).
