All lights used for illuminating any swimming pool or the surrounding areas, shall be so designed, located and installed as to confine the direct beams thereof to the lot or parcel on which the pool is located, and so as not to constitute a nuisance or undue annoyance to users of neighboring properties. No such lights shall be used after 11:00 p.m. from Sunday through Thursday, or on Friday and Saturday after 12:00 midnight. Public address or music systems or radios used in connection with the use of any swimming pool will be kept at a volume level sufficiently low so as not to constitute a nuisance or undue annoyance to users of the neighboring properties, and shall be restricted to the same hours as those for outdoor lighting.
