870.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; WINDSHIELD STICKER.

   No person shall remove snow for hire from private driveways in the Municipality by means of commercial snow removal vehicles or machines without first securing a permit from the Building Department for such purpose and attaching a sticker to the windshield of such vehicle, which sticker evidences the issuance of such permit.
