Prior to the issuance of a permit, the applicant shall furnish the make and model of the vehicle to be used and the name, address and telephone number of the owner and operator of such vehicle. A permit shall be required for each and every vehicle that shall be used to plow snow for hire from private driveways within the Municipality. Each applicant shall pay the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) for the permit required. In the event that a person has more than one such vehicle intended for use within the Municipality, then the permit fee for the second and third vehicle shall be five dollars ($5.00) each; for the fourth and fifth vehicles the permit fee shall be four dollars ($4.00) each; and for any number of vehicles thereafter the permit fee shall be three dollars ($3.00) each. Each permit shall remain in effect from October 15 to April 15 of the following year.
