159.01 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established a Belpre Recreation Commission, which shall be comprised of five (5) people as follows: One member of City Council, one member of the City administration, and three residents of the City appointed by the Mayor, with preference to those who have contact with recreational programs in the City.
