705.01 REMOVAL OF ADVERTISEMENTS; HANDBILLS.
   (a)    Any person, firm or corporation who affixes or posts any advertisement, handbill or political sign of any description upon any building, vehicle, tree, post, fence or billboard, whether on private or public property, shall remove the material from public view within forty-eight hours following the completion of the event.
   (b)    The responsibility for the removal of such advertisements, signs, handbills, etc., shall be that of the sponsoring group, organization or individual as the case may be.
